The unholy energies that animate their bodies make them strong beyond simple muscle tissue, allowing them to easily rip apart limbs from victims. Plus, they do not feel pain and can survive wounds that could incapacitate or kill a living being. Plus, they can reattach lost parts or fix some wounds easily.On one level we know that the Eternal Ones are literally robots. We see prototypes of them in 9.2. The arbiter is visibly a clockwork god, ect. there's nothing to dispute. But we also get to see exactly how an Arbiter is made.
