i completely agree with you in that Phoebe was a completely different character in season 3. she was almost unrecognizable honestly from the previous two seasons. in the first two seasons, she had such a good character development and growth which was shown greatly. this season imo, felt like she was regressing and losing that growth, especially during the cole situation (i love him though).. I only watched a few episodes of WOEE and it was so cheesy/camp/bad. Again, early Charmed was better and was on the air a lot longer. TSC and WOEE would have likely declined in quality if they had lasted 8 seasons and would have been worse than the later seasons of Charmed, considering Charmed's early seasons are superior to both shows.Phoebe becoming Evil signs.
